Max Payne 3: Painful Memories Map Pack Out on Steam

As expected, Rockstar Games released the Painful Memories pack for Max Payne 3, which contains four new maps for multiplayer mode.

Aside from the new maps, the expansion brings the new IMG 5.56 and UAR-21 assault rifles, as well as some avatars, items and the Hangover Burst. The latter is said to cause enemies to respawn with blurred vision, reduced stamina and health.

The four brand new maps included in the pack are “inspired by the grisly shootouts from Max’s past.”

They are only available for multiplayer mode and allow players to revisit the subway bloodbath from the original Max Payne in the Roscoe Street Subway map, the dingy Hoboken watering-hole in the Marty’s Bar map, the posh Branco family yacht in the Shoot First and Canal De Panama.

The Painful Memories map pack for Max Payne 3 is is now available for $9.99 / €9.99 for regular owners of the game, while those who already grabbed the Rockstar Pass can get it for free. Check it out here.
