Sony Xperia UL Receiving Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean Update

Japanese carrier KDDI has just announced it has started to push the long-awaited Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update for Sony Xperia UL (SOL22).

Sony Xperia UL users will be happy to know they will be able to take advantage of new features and services thank to the new platform.

The latest Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean update brings lots of new features, including Small apps, DualShock 3 controller support, Video Unlimited, as well as various camera UI improvements.

Sony has already announced which devices will receive Android 4.4 KitKat update in the coming weeks, but the handset maker has yet to offer the Jelly Bean upgrade for some of its premium models.
