Olympus to Announce New E-M5 Lens Kit and 3 Stylus Cameras

Only a week left until Olympus will finally reveal its latest entry-level interchangeable lens camera, the E-M10, and until now we know quite a bit of information regarding its specs.

According to Japanese website Digicameinfo, Olympus will also introduce a new black E-M5 with M Zuiko Digital ED 12-40mm f/2.8 Pro lens kit. The source states that this E-M5 version comes with the same texture pattern as the upcoming E-M10 mirrorless camera.

In addition to that, it seems that Olympus is also planning to reveal three new Stylus compact camera models, namely: STYLUS SP-100EE with an estimated price of ¥55,000 / $525 / €390, STYLUS TG-850 priced at ¥35,000 / $335 / €250 and STYLUS TG-835, which will be available for purchase at a price of ¥33,000 / $315 / €230.

Whether these new camera models will be announced at the same time with the E-M10 or Olympus will choose to introduce them at CP+ remains to be seen.
