AT&T Rolls Out Android 4.4.2 KitKat Update for HTC One

HTC announced a few days ago both AT&T and T-Mobile have approved the highly anticipated Android 4.4.2 KitKat update for the HTC One, which meant the upgrade will soon be available for download.

T-Mobile has already kicked off the rollout of Android 4.4.2 KitKat upgrade two days ago and now it’s AT&T’s turn to make the same move.

XDA-Developers reports AT&T HTC One owners have already started to receive the update OTA (over the air). Given the fact this is a staged deployment, it may take a while until it reaches all HTC One owners at AT&T, but the good news is the rollout has begun.

Those who have yet to be notified on the update can manually search for it by going to Settings / About phone / Software update / Update. If it’s not available yet, you may want to try it later.
